New York – (July 11, 2017) - Transpay, a B2B/B2P cross-border payments platform, today announced the expansion of its leadership team, with the appointment of Peter Shore to general manager and Kevin Gallagher to senior vice president, global sales.

As general manager, Shore will lead the strategic planning and execution of Transpay’s global payments programs and solutions. Shore has extensive experience in transforming business operations, managing P&L and leading innovations in payments, eCommerce and gaming industries. Most recently, Shore held leadership positions at Expedia, Inc., and Microgaming Software Ltd. Shore also sits on the payments committee of the Merchant Risk Council.

Gallagher will lead Transpay’s business development strategies globally, with a focus area on strategic customer accounts and partner relationship growth. This expansion of the senior leadership team underscores Transpay’s continued focus on delivering industry-leading payment solutions.

“Kevin and Peter bring more than 40 years of payments expertise, which strengthens our ability to drive revenue growth, deepen our service offerings and expand to new geographies and verticals,” says Samish Kumar, CEO of Transfast, Transpay’s parent company. "We are thrilled to have both of them join the team and look forward to having them guide the next stage of Transpay’s success.”
